  Where do I even begin.....
  
  I don't understand why Lin Garden has such bad reviews, they are fantastic!! I have never run into a problem with them and I have ordered from them for years. (I even ran out to pick up my order right before a snow storm because I was craving some Lo Mein)
  
  They make their meals quick and I'm always licking the containers after inhaling my food.
  The staff is polite over the phone and when I come inside to pick it up. Unfortunately, I'm too far from them to have them deliver, but believe me; if I wasn't, I would go broke. So it's probably a good thing I'm not in the vicinity.
  I would absolutely recommend this place to my family and friends, because they are a wonderful and authentic Chinese restaurant I have had the pleasure of discovering and falling in love with.
  
  P.S. My husband HATES every other Chinese restaurants' Lo Mein and when I order from Lin Garden, I have to literally fit him off with my chopsticks. Nuff said.

  Very poor business practices, very rude staff, and inconsistent pricing. I called in an order to this place and was told it was going to be $37 for an order of shrimp fried rice and sesame chicken to be delivered. When I asked how much the delivery fee was he said it was only $2.99 ... so you're telling me that two combo plates cost $17 each? There's absolutely no way. When I asked him to give me the prices he refused and said ... 45 minutes... and hung up. I had to call back to cancel the order. He then cancelled the order and hung up on me again. This place will never get my business!

  We will absolutely never order from Lin Garden again.   The delivery driver took it upon himself to kill our pet garden spider that has been living on our front porch undisturbed for the past three months. No one else has bothered her. Not the grocery delivery people, not the pizza man, not the Amazon delivery people.  Everyone else has respected the fact that she is on our property and it is not their place to kill her.   She was living in the corner of our front porch well away from the front door. The delivery driver literally had to walk over to her to smack the shit out of her. Literally her guts were all over the wall. My husband opened up the door to see our beautiful spider crushed and trying to crawl towards him as if asking for help. She was also pregnant with her fourth egg sac which is why there was so much splatter on the wall.  My husband placed her back on her Web but she died shortly after her attack.  If you know anything about garden spiders you know they are big and beautiful but also scary looking. They are very harmless though and are non-aggressive. They are the spiders that you want living in your yard to help with your garden.  I took pictures of her every day for my son who was doing a science report on her. Now he will have to cut it short and I will not let him have the picture of her smashed and mangled body. My kids were hysterical and crying.  We all grew quite fond of her and enjoyed watching her weave her webs.  If you have any reverence for nature you will understand why we are so upset.  Charlotte was facing downward with her belly towards the outside.  She was on the inside of her web facing the house. So the man didn't even see a ferocious spiders staring him down. He just saw her and took it upon himself to kill such a beautiful creature on someone else's property. We ordered Chinese food not an exterminator. We are just so angry that someone would take it upon themselves to kill a creature that was not in their way and that was not on their property. He literally had to go out of his way to kill her.  We are disgusted at this display of cruelty and will never order from them again.  I have a picture of her from an hour prior to her death and then I also have a picture of where she was living and what she looked like after he smashed her. I will try and post them.

  MSG laden.  Haven't been able to eat anything there  without swelling up for several days.  
  
  Prices are reasonable, service is what you would expect from a chinese take out.
  
  Food is decent if you can tolerate the MSG.

  Lin Garden has been around for awhile now. It's my family and I's go-to place when we are craving Chinese food. Portions are reasonably priced and are good sizes. Their menu is large and there is something for everyone. I've never had an issue with an order. I always order carry out because delivery does take a while. There is some seating inside the restaurant, but I have never actually seen someone dine in. Over all, this is the place to go to if you like cheap, good, Chinese food.
